Absolutely! While we're based in the Greater Toronto Area, we're always excited to document love stories beyond home. Whether you're celebrating somewhere in Canada or across the world, we'd love to be part of it. Travel and accommodation fees may apply depending on your destination. Reach out with your plans, and we'll create a personalized quote for your celebration. Message us to find out our dream location list for special pricing!

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Of course! Your engagement session should feel like an authentic reflection of your relationship. We're happy to help with location recommendations, outfit guidance, timing, and creative direction to bring your vision to life. Whether you're drawn to intimate, candid moments or something more editorial, we'll work together to create images that feel uniquely yours.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that plans can change. All bookings are subject to the cancellation and rescheduling terms outlined in your photography agreement. Retainers are non-refundable, and requests to reschedule are accommodated based on availability and the terms of your booking. We encourage you to reach out as soon as possible if your plans change so we can explore the available options.

4. How long does it take to receive our photographs?

Every gallery is thoughtfully curated and edited to ensure your memories are preserved with care. Wedding galleries are delivered within 30 days, while event galleries are delivered within 2 weeks. Once your photographs are ready, you'll receive a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your favourite moments.

5. What if we're uncomfortable in front of the camera?

You're certainly not alone! Most people aren't used to being photographed, and that's completely okay. Our approach combines gentle guidance with natural, candid storytelling, so you'll never feel pressured to perform for the camera. We'll help you find your confidence while leaving room for the spontaneous, imperfect, and beautiful moments that make your photographs feel like you.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely! We love when clients share their vision with us. Whether you have a Pinterest board, meaningful family portraits in mind, or a particular editorial aesthetic you're drawn to, we welcome your inspiration. While we can't guarantee recreating every image exactly, we'll use your ideas as inspiration while allowing space for the genuine, unscripted moments that make your story uniquely yours.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Of course! We believe the best photographs begin with a genuine connection. We offer virtual consultations for events and engagement sessions, as well as in-person consultations for weddings. It's an opportunity for us to get to know one another, discuss your vision, and answer any questions you may have. Above all, we want you to feel comfortable, confident, and excited about the experience ahead.

8. Do you edit or retouch the photographs?

Every photograph in your final gallery is thoughtfully edited to reflect our signature style, with careful attention to colour, lighting, and overall composition. Light retouching may also be applied where needed, while preserving the natural details that make each moment authentic. Our philosophy is to enhance, never alter, the beauty of what's already there.
